Brenda Tutt

Brenda is a Registered Massage Therapist that has worked in both clinical and spa-settings. She has been practicing the art of multi-modal bodywork since 2003. Initially trained in Shiatsu Therapy, she has also formally studied Massage Therapy, Reflexology, and Cupping. Brenda finds Prenatal Massage to be particularly rewarding.

Brenda’s style of Massage Therapy has developed over time from a blending of therapies from both the East and the West. Her experience with these different modalities indicates that a combination of techniques brings the best results, especially for more chronic issues.  Depending on the needs of her client, she may incorporate relaxation or deep tissue techniques with shiatsu, reflexology points, and cupping.

What do you do when you aren’t Massaging?

Brenda enjoys climbing, hiking, cycling, nordic skiing, and travel adventures. She also practices Pilates and Somatics.

What made you decide to become a massage therapist?

While living in Perth, Australia, many years ago, Brenda found herself inspired by a Harley Davidson-riding, martial artist/shiatsu therapist who set up shop in the public markets every weekend. She was hooked! A few years later, this inspiration led her to begin her studies.
