Meadow is a registered massage therapist with NHPC. She graduated from a 2 year 2200hr program at Grant MacEwan University with honours in 2009. Meadow is fascinated by the human body and is motivated to create a treatment plan with her clients to cater to individual needs. Working on specific injuries with deep pressure, myofacial release and trigger point release is top priority, but she equally enjoys giving therapeutic massage to help reduce stress and improve overall well being.
What do you do when you aren’t massaging?
Climbing, skiing, seeking outdoor adventures, sharing laughs and just enjoying every day mountain life!
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
I’ve always marvelled over the human body and it’s ability to heal. I was in a bad car accident when I was a teenager and going to see a massage therapist regularly helped me to recover both physically and mentally. It improved my quality of life significantly and ever since that experience I’ve been driven to help people overcome physical injuries and strengthen the body mind connection.
