Michelle is a mountain-loving prairie person who has been practising massage therapy since graduating from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2013. She also holds Bachelors of Kinesiology and Education from the University of Winnipeg. Michelle is a firm believer in the benefits of preventative health care and empowerment through education She encourages patients to take charge of their own well-being by developing a deeper understanding of, and connection to, their own bodies.

Therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, visceral manipulation, scar tissue release (with a focus on surgical scar tissue, including c-section, mastectomy, and top surgery for transgender patients).
What do you do when you aren’t massaging?
Surprise! Michelle loves being up in the mountains, especially on any type of skis. When urban, she enjoys pursuing her love of music and dance.
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
Michelle’s interest in bodywork stems from her lifelong involvement in sport, dance, and movement. As an athlete, she often found that massage therapy led to the most effective results in dealing with injuries. As a practitioner, she enjoys having the opportunity to combine her skill sets in order to best support and treat her patients.
